Around half of the international postsecondary students studying in Canada submit requests for permanent residency after graduation. Through the help of programs like the Canada Experience Class and the Provincial Nominee Programs about 86% of theses applications are approved.
Education institutions and the different levels of government are now working closer and closer together to help international students with Canadian credentials to apply for permanent residency in Canada, if they wish to do so.
